Application for contact prints enlargements, mosaics, etc.

for aerial photograph of Bangladesh.

 N O T E S:

1. Indices showing scales etc. of available aerial photograph of Bangladesh are maintained by the Surveyor General of Bangladesh Tejgaon, Industrial Area, Dhaka-1208.

2.  Application should be submitted in this form (5 Copies) to the Surveyor General of Bangladesh. 

3.  All issues of Aerial Photographs to Firms or Commercial concerns will be on loan basis and will be returned to the Surveyor General of Bangladesh within the specified period.

4.  The Government of the People's Republics of Bangladesh reserves the right to charge royalty for granting permission for an access to the aerial photograph. This royalty, which will be in addition to the actual cost of preparation of the prints, enlargements or mosaics concerns, will be payable before any such prints, can be supplied.

5.  The attached certificates will be signed by the applicants.

6.  The Governments of the People's Republic of Bangladesh reserved the right to accept or refuse the application for any aerial photograph, without assigning any reason.

TO BE FILLED IN BY THE INVENTORS

1.   (a)   Location and extent of areas for which aerial photographs are required (this may be marked on a map or   diagram to be attached ).

      (b)  Data and contact Scale of Photographs, if known.

      (c)  Details of requirements showing no of sets and copies of contact prints or enlargements, number and scale of mosaics, etc.

2.    The following questions be answered.

 (a)  Has any previous application by you for aerial photograph of Bangladesh been refused ? Has any previous application been accepted ? If so, give      reference.

(b)  For what purpose do you propose to us this aerial photograph and by whom?.

(c)  Do you intent to send any prints, enlargements, mosaics or their other derivatives of the aerial photographs to any destination outside Bangladesh?.

(d)  Duration for which the aerial photographs are required.

CERTIFICATE TO BE RENDERED BY ALL APPLICANTS FOR AERIAL PHOTOGRAPHS

   I/we ........................................................................................................................(Name) the undersigned agree that the issue to me/us by the Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh of the under mentioned aerial photograph is subject to the following condition which I/we hereby undertake to observe: 

List of Aerial Photographs:

 

i)The Aerial Photograph will be treated as highly confidential; and every precaution shall be taken to prevent their lost.

ii)The loss of any of the aerial photographs will immediately be reported to the Ministry of Home Affairs, Ministry of Defence and Surveyor General of Bangladesh.

iii)All necessary security arrangements within my/our offices/ farms/ companies for safe custody of the photograph, will be undertaken.

iv)The aerial photograph or the information contained there in will not be passed on to any person not authorized by the Government. 

v)The aerial photographs, or derivatives there of will not be exported to any destination outside Bangladesh without express permission in writing of the Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.

vi)The aerial photographs will not be produced in part, or in whole, without written permission by the Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.

vii)The aerial photographs, will be returned the Surveyor General of Bangladesh within the specified period, or earlier if called upon to do so. 

viii)Any authorized officer of the Governments of the People's Republic of Bangladesh can inspect at any time without previous notice the aerial photograph issue to me/us and I/we am/are duty bound to present all the photograph for inspection.

xi)I/we understand that any contravention of the aforesaid conditions in regards to aerial photographs shall constitute a breach of the official secrets act, 1923 and will render me/us liable to prosecution under the said act. The said act has been read and understood by me/us.
